Hello all, this is another issue I got while I was working on ERPNext. So, this is what you can do. Just login through ssh and run the following code lines. else contact us [email protected].
Change the server timeout value using the following code lines.
bench config http_timeout
bench setup supervisor
bench setup nginx
Restart the services using the following code lines
supervisorctl reload
service nginx reload
After doing all the tasks mentioned above, your issue will be solved. However, forgot to mention, make sure you keep a database or full backup before doing any changes to your production level project.
